On January 27th, 2011, we place our order for the E-Cigarettes Choice No. 7 Cartomizer Starter Kit - Micro. The kit cost was $64.99 and we paid $12.88 in shipping charges. However, when the package arrived a few days later, the only thing it contained was a 2-cartridge bonus pack. The starter kit was nowhere to be found. At first, we assumed that we would receive the starter kit separately. But after a few more days passed we decided to look into the matter. Utilizing the link in our "welcome" e-mail, we logged into our account and clicked the "View Order Status" link. It indicated that the order had been shipped, and provided the UPS Ground tracking number. Off to the UPS site we went. After entering the tracking number, the site indicated that the order had been delivered on Tuesday, 2/1/2011.
We used the form on the E-Cigarettes Choice website to contact Customer Service. One February 14th, we received a call from E-Cigarettes Choice apologizing for the mishap. They indicated that they would resend the order via 2nd Day Air and include some free cartridge/atomizers for troubles. On February 18th we received two packages from E-Cigarettes Choice. In addition to 16 free cartridge/atomizers in our selected strength and flavor (a $55.97 value), they had sent the SS Choice No. 7 Starter Kit - Micro we had originally ordered, plus a second matching kit (a $64.99 value) free. All told we had received $120.96 in free merchandise! E-Cigarettes Choice had turned a negative situation into a most positive one — and for that they have our respect and gratitude.

E-Cigarettes Choice No. 7 Review
Decidedly the most elegant electronic cigarette packaging we've seen to date, the E-Cigarettes Choice No. 7 Cartomizer Starter Kit - Micro consists of two micro cigarette-style batteries (2.75”), six "Tobacco High" (16mg) flavor cartridge/atomizers (no choice of flavor/Nicotine Strength), two additional bonus cartridge/atomizers in our selected flavor and Nicotine strength (which also happened to be Nicotine High), one USB charger, one AC adapter, and a No. 7 Quick Assembly Card.
After opening the distinct, black, shrink-wrapped box, we gave the No. 7 Quick Assembly Card a brief once over and as nothing seemed out of the ordinary, we immediately screwed a cartridge/atomizer into one of the two micro cigarette-style batteries and took a few quick puffs. We were pleased to see that a generous amount of white vapor had been produced and the taste was pretty good as well.
Not quite as good as GreenSmoke, the taste was much better than the average e-cigarette. It was also similar in its tobacco quality to GreenSmoke, but only slightly harsher and not quite as pleasing to us, but good nonetheless. We're also fairly certain that there will be smokers who prefer this type of flavor — and for any current and former non-filter smokers remaining, this is likely to be a favorite. There were no fruity, vanilla, or chemical flavor overtones. The No. 7 is easy to draw on, and quiet, without the annoying popping and crackling sounds we've experienced with some of the other brands tested.

The vapor volume produced was excellent, better than nearly all of the brands we have reviewed to date. The 2.75-inch cigarette-style battery (referred to by E-Cigarettes Choice as "Micro") is a compact unit with an LED tip that glows orange when you draw on it, and it is the same size as the SmokeTip battery. It was easy to hold, well-balanced and felt comfortable between our fingers. We did have one have one minor point of contention with the flavor/cartridge atomizers, and that is that they are wrapped in a paper covering and not labeled in any way shape or form as to the flavor and Nicotine strength. And while the "cartomizer" packages are labeled with the strength and flavor information, once the cartridge/atomizers are removed from their containers, there is really no way to tell them apart.
We estimated that including our E-Cigarette Choice No. 7 Cartomizer Starter Kit - Micro purchase, the cost to maintain a one-pack-per-day cigarette habit using No. 7 was $1341.88 annually or $111.82 per month or $25.81 per week or $3.68 per day. Evaluated strictly in terms of long-term costs, we found the No. 7 to be an average value. However, when compared to the cost of tobacco cigarettes and the same one-pack-per-day habit at $6.00 per pack or $2190.00 per year or $182.50 per month or $42.12 per week or $6.00 per day, the annual savings for a No. 7 user is $848.12 before one considers the numerous health benefits associated with switching to e-cigarettes.
